Your Sign’s Weekly Tarotscope for October 30 – November 5, 2023

Perhaps the spookiest week of the year is here, but how do we ensure that it’s all treat and no trick?

Amidst the brooding, deep, and intense Scorpio season, we’ll celebrate Halloween or Samhain (depending on your practices and beliefs) at the beginning of this week.

Afterward, we’ll enter the month of November and find ourselves exiting a Saturn retrograde on the 4th. In other words, it’s a powerful time to connect with our intuitions and spiritual practices right now.

But in order to make the most of it, we first need to know: what kind of energy is on the table for you? We’ve consulted the Tarot to find out!

Your Sign’s Weekly Tarotscope for October 30 – November 5, 2023

Aries

Knight of Wands

Aries is in their element this week.

The Knight of Wands bestows upon you a burst of energy, ambition, and a go-getter spirit — although you’ve been known to have these things anyway.

In other words, it’s basically your time to shine. Step up to the plate and get things done, speak what’s on your mind, and move confidently and spontaneously with your instincts.

Let that inner Fire out this week!

Taurus

The Moon

Mysterious, deep, and brooding, Taurus is vibing with the spooky spirit of the season.

The Moon asks you to embrace the unknown, spotlighting funky yet potent dreams, intuitive practices, and spiritual insights as the key to a successful week.

The key with this card is to not try to control it too much, which the stubborn bull sometimes is prone to trying to do.

Trust that you intuitively know what to do to receive this energy without too much poking and prodding.

Gemini

6 of Pentacles

Gemini, one word: generosity.

This week, you’re more likely to receive once you give. The 6 of Pentacles asks you what you’re willing to give up for greater causes and values.

Suppose you want to flow with the vibe of prosperity, compassion, and generosity from the Universe. In that case, this card is a reminder that sometimes, that cycle of goodness comes from your own initiation first.

How will you get that cycle going this week?

Cancer

Page of Pentacles (Reversed)

Cancer may feel a bit burnt out right now, and that’s okay!

Although the Page of Pentacles describes oodles of ambition and plans still on the table, many of them may feel very unfinished right now — you have goals and ideas, but many are full of unchecked boxes.

Slow down. Deep breaths. You don’t always need to be actively juggling ten projects in order to be productive or learn something valuable.

Use this week to reframe what “productivity” really means to you. And ask yourself: “What is this all for, again?”

Leo

The Hanged Man (Reversed)

Leo may be resisting what the Universe is asking them to do.

The Hanged Man is a moment of pause, suspension, and reflection. It’s that serendipitous time in our lives when we intuitively recognize that we must pull back to see things clearly before making any big moves.

However, the reversal of this card notes that you may be wanting to break outside of stagnancy and the uncomfortable feeling of “doing nothing.” You might perceive sitting and contemplating as a misuse of your time.

On the contrary, though, letting yourself recalibrate once more (even if it feels repetitive now) may be more fruitful than you realize.

Virgo

The Lovers (Reversed)

Virgo is still working through some relationship drama for the time being.

The Lovers reversed forecasts cloudy, stormy skies in the realm of love, romance, and relationships (all kinds — platonic ones, too).

You may also feel compelled to make important decisions at this time, torn between multiple choices and stuck at a crossroads (whether it has to do with other people or not).

However, this is not the week to actually solidify any major decisions or conversations. First, be patient and allow the storm clouds to pass.

Libra

Knight of Swords

Libra, are you ready to jump into action?

The Knight of Swords is a positive omen for Libras, who are looking to make big strides. This card offers space for momentum, swift gestures, and fast-paced communication.

Here’s a key reminder for the week ahead: fortune favors the bold when it comes to this card.

Utilize this confidence and momentum to proactively get things done (and perhaps efficiently problem-solve where necessary, too).

Scorpio

2 of Wands

Scorpio, there’s a whole, wide world out there.

It’s your season, after all. And the 2 of Wands is a sure reminder of that fact, being an optimistic, open-ended look at everything that you still have yet to do.

There’s a lot of potential still on the horizon, especially when it comes to travel plans, entrepreneurial pursuits, and wider-scale ambitions of yours that you have yet to realize.

This is a powerful week for setting intentions for these things and making those initial, tentative plans.

Sagittarius

8 of Cups

Sagittarius is using this powerful time to reset and release.

With the 8 of Cups on the table for you, it’s evident that you want to move on from everything that has been holding you back.

Old baggage, old emotions, and lingering feelings are now a “no-can-do” for Sagittarius. You’re uninterested in holding onto repeating patterns and connections that you perceive as constraining.

Kudos to you for doing the difficult work, and keep it up — no matter how difficult it may be in the moment.

Capricorn

6 of Cups

Capricorn, this week is a nostalgic one for the wise old goat.

The 6 of Cups shows you looking back at the past. For some Capricorns, the past literally may come back up to haunt you through old connections or people in your life.

For others, it’s more likely that it’ll be in the form of memories (or even dreams of memories) that you just can’t get out of your head.

You may learn something new from walking through memory lane. You just have to make sure not to get stuck there.

Aquarius

5 of Swords

Aquarius, do you know that old saying: “An eye for an eye makes the whole world go blind”?

This week, it may be important to hold onto it. The 5 of Swords points to rocky waves when it comes to social interactions and people trying to get ahead through unsavory means.

You may even be tempted to take shortcuts or only fend for yourself, but be warned: you’ll find that what goes around… really does come around.

Stay in your own lane, but don’t rush ahead to the finish line if it means trampling on others to get there.

Pisces

Queen of Pentacles

Pisces has a steady, abundant, and productive energy up their sleeve this week.

There comes a time when we must balance work and play very delicately. Too much work, and we burn ourselves out quickly. Too much play, and we don’t properly enjoy the process of effort and investment.

The Queen of Pentacles indicates that you’ve found a good balance this week.

As long as you keep your eye on the prize and stay true to what matters, this week has the potential to be one of the most productive ones yet.
