Wow, when the Chariot appears, it is time to speed up, and it seems things are going to start moving at a faster pace, whether you like it or not! The Chariot is the seventh card of the Major Arcana, and this is a card of victory. Competition is on the horizon.
Your goals are within sight, but the strength and determination to reach them must be harnessed first. The Chariot encourages you to push yourself to get what you want. There may be fear, hesitation, or doubt, but the Chariot is about will and self-assertion; to be meek is no option with the Chariot!
The Chariot is Ego-driven and encourages you to call on your Ego to reach for the stars. The Ego is not a bad aspect of ourselves. It is necessary for us to survive and to protect the Soul. It is when the Ego becomes out of control that we start to experience problems. The Chariot is about a controlled Ego. It maintains goodness and morality while continuing to strive for what it wants and for what it believes in.
When you are operating under Chariot energy at your best, you climb to the top while maintaining your integrity. At your worst, under Chariot energy, you’ll strive for the top while trampling over others and not caring who gets hurt.
The Chariot encourages you to become the best of yourself, and part of this includes maintaining your best along the way. Embrace the Chariot’s strength and get where you need to be!
