About Shungite
Shungite is a rare stone comprised of 90% Carbon, giving it its black color. Uniquely, it also contains almost all of the minerals on the periodic table. Providing a sense of grounding and protection, shielding Shungite can help those of us needing any kind of spiritual, mental, or physical detoxification.Â

How to Use Shungite
Because it is made of Carbon, this is a great stone for purification.Â
Place a small (clean) chunk of Shungite in your water or tea and let it soak for 30 minutes or more. The crystal's energy will seep into the beverage and flow into your bloodstream, amplifying its properties and clarifying the liquid. (Just remember to remove the crystal before drinking to avoid any accidents.)
You can also use it to purify negative energy in your home, at work, or near electromagnetic devices to reduce electromagnetic smog.
