When the Temperance card shows up as your life’s representative, it means compromise is needed, and it is time to experience harmony. After the sweeping, sometimes chaotic change of the Death card, Temperance shows us the calm after the storm. It is time now to find equilibrium.
What areas of your life need to reach a compromise? What parts of yourself do you need to reconcile with? This is a period that encourages you to have heartfelt conversations with others and open, honest discussions with yourself. Journaling your thoughts and feelings can be very helpful right now. Balance is needed after the struggles and challenges that have been flung at you.
A compromise can always be reached, even though the road to get there was not easy. The Temperance card is the fourteenth card of the Major Arcana, and it indicates a time of renewed health. Now is the time to focus on your health and think about implementing possible additions to your current health regime. Some self-care is undoubtedly on the agenda.
Temperance also represents working together, so there may be group projects underway or on the horizon which can end in fantastic results – so be open to collaborating with others because you don’t know what wonders can come from it!
