This isn’t as scary as it sounds – promise! Your life is a series of breaking free of your comfort zones. That’s real growth, right there! You live on your toes, and that can be a very positive thing if you’ve learned how to turn this into motivation and purpose. You understand that while situations may be out of your control, the way that you respond to them isn’t, and you make changes to your life accordingly.
You also understand better than most that in order for things to grow and become new, they also have to end. With every new beginning, some aspect of your life ends. When you were younger, those endings often came without warning, causing you great upset. Now, though, you have learned how to handle the unpredictability that life throws at you. You look for ways to prepare yourself for everything without expecting anything in particular so that you can adapt to whatever comes your way, whenever it comes your way.
Even with all of your heightened awareness, you’re still a work in progress. Sometimes you try to hang onto what’s changing for fear of what will happen once the evolution has taken place. You may even be afraid of change, afraid of what will happen, or even who you’ll be once you’ve gone through an experience. It’s only in surrendering control, in accepting that the only thing you’re responsible for is how you react to what happens, that you’ll come through these events with flying colours – and as a stronger person because of them.
