The Solar Plexus

The Heart Chakra

The Throat Chakra
The throat chakra is located near – you guessed it – the throat. The Third Eye Chakra
The third eye chakra is located between and above the eyebrows on your forehead and controls your intuition and psychic awareness. The Crown Chakra
This is the final chakra of the main seven chakras in our body, and is located near the crown, or top, of your head. This is the chakra of consciousness, and it regulates your mental health, so when it is out of order, it’s hard to concentrate on anything.
A deep purple represents this chakra and fortunately, this is a flattering color on just about anyone. Try wearing an amethyst ring or necklace to focus your attention on, soothing the crown chakra and helping you maintain your concentration.
