Before you could even blink, the end of the first month of 2023 is already upon us!

This week, we’re transitioning away from the fresh slates of January and into the often-romantic and dreamy landscape of February. Feeling like 2023 already started off on the wrong foot? No worries — you still have plenty of time to make a difference.

In fact, this week is fairly tame when it comes to astro-news. The biggest headliner for the week is the Full Moon in brave and bold Leo on the 5th, coming in hot at the very tail end of the week.

So, how will you be making the most of the week? Let’s see what the Tarot has to say first in your weekly Tarotscope.

Your Sign’s Weekly Tarotscope for January 30 – February 5, 2023

Aries

The Chariot (Reversed)

Feeling a bit disconnected from your goals, Aries?

The Chariot reversed indicates that this week, you might have difficulty charging forward with your plans, even though that may be your usual bold, ram-like flow.

This isn’t to say you’ll crash and burn or go backward in your progress. It just means you’ll run into road bumps as you try to move forward. Try not to fight against this, no matter how annoying it may be.

Sometimes you have to know when to pick and choose your battles. This week is not one where raising your fist at the Universe will get much done!

Taurus

Queen of Cups

Taurus, you embody an emotionally mature, compassionate, and deeply creative spirit this week.

In the energy of the Queen of Cups, you’re feeling the flow of the element of Water more than usual right now.

It’s a good week for creative projects, journaling out your feelings, and reaching breakthroughs or decisions regarding matters of the heart.

And if none of that feels right, remember that simply spending some time to yourself and just listening to what your heart has to say will also do wonders for the soul.

Gemini

Knight of Pentacles (Reversed)

Gemini, you may be dragging your feet through the mud to get things done this week.

The Knight of Pentacles reversed points to procrastination and frustration with your day-to-day toils. The responsibilities and tasks of the moment may feel mundane, frustrating, and repetitive.

Listening to others may also feel like a chore as you want to pursue your own path independently. However, you must remember that the tasks of the moment are just… of the moment. There’s a time and a place for trailblazing or pursuing your own dreams.

Right now, a little practical focus, even on things that seem small right now, can do more than you realize later down the line.

Cancer

Knight of Swords (Reversed)

Cancer, this week is rife with opportunities for miscommunication.

The Knight of Swords reversed warns against speaking without thinking, rash actions and choices, and charging too fast and too soon into commitments.

This week isn’t the one to be having important conversations, jumping to conclusions, or making commitments. You may get tempted at times, but remember to resist the urge.

Not everyone may be on the same page as you this week; let the tides turn on their own for now.

Leo

Page of Pentacles (Reversed)

Leo may desire a practical yet youthful approach for the week but find their efforts getting scattered.

The Page of Pentacles reversed notes that you may be genuinely putting forth an effort to get things done, build up your own stability and abundance, and learn new things — but the Universe feels like it’s not cooperating.

It’s important to remember that sometimes making mistakes or running into obstacles is the nature of learning and making progress.

Just because the path seems difficult doesn’t mean it’s the wrong one.

Virgo

The Hierophant

Virgo now is your time to lead and organize.

You’re known for your organizational skillfulness, but The Hierophant especially highlights that quality of yours this week.

You may find particular success with work and career (especially for those in a larger, structured workplace environment), making connections, and fortifying the existing foundations of your goals and communities.

For Virgo, that’s sometimes a better gift than a pile of gold or cashing out on abundance in spades! Enjoy, as this week’s work feels especially fulfilling.

Libra

The Moon (Reversed)

Something strange seems to cloud Libra’s week.

The Moon reversed is an enigmatic sight, as even The Moon upright can have its fair share of mysteries, despite its intuitive prowess. This kind of chaos within the imagination and the unconscious can rattle anyone, even the most open-minded folk.

Reversed, you may want to uncover the strange fog that seems to be colliding with your ability to see the answers clearly, but you are running into even more obstacles — even within yourself.

Don’t try to decode the mysteries of the Universe all at once. Here’s the key: it’s good to ask questions, but don’t force the answers.

Scorpio

Queen of Wands (Reversed)

Scorpio, this week seems to challenge your entrepreneurial spirit.

Despite your fiercely loyal nature, Scorpios are still often known for their aloof independence when they aren’t committed to someone in particular.

The Queen of Wands reversed is challenging your ability to do things on your own right now, however. It may feel like you want things to do your own way, and then the next day, you’re questioning your own capabilities, or your confidence wanes.

Remember who you are and what you’re truly capable of, Scorpio. This week, it’s more than you’re letting yourself believe.

Sagittarius

Page of Cups

Sagittarius, your intuitive, playful, and creative side is coming out this week.

The Page of Cups is one of the more youthful creative forces within the Tarot, and Sagittarius often is young at heart, after all.

This is an ideal week for brainstorming and writing down whatever intuitively comes to you, making little notes for later. Let yourself think outside of the box and imagine what life would look like for you in its most ideal state, with no restrictions or societal expectations bogging you down.

It may not be the most productive week in terms of pursuing all of these things on a practical level, though, so don’t feel rushed into getting anything in particular done. That’s for later!

Capricorn

6 of Wands

Capricorn now is a time to celebrate and be celebrated.

You’re known for being quite the workhorse, but this week isn’t about the boxes you’ve ticked or the to-do lists still yet to be completed.

The 6 of Wands instead asks for a little celebratory moment. Of what, you may ask? Well, that’s the thing about a spontaneous celebratory energy — you can celebrate just about any little victory, any quality or trait, or just yourself in general if you please.

Make yourself a promise to find a fun, unique way to say cheers to yourself this week, Capricorn.

Aquarius

8 of Swords (Reversed)

Aquarius is trying to let loose of any restrictions and constraints this week.

The 8 of Swords is not a fun sight, as it usually shows you being held back by expectations and standards that are most likely not even your own. In other words, it’s often a self-enforced kind of restriction.

Reversed, however, you’re trying to go within and honestly ask yourself which standards you’re holding yourself to are yours and which are from… somewhere or something else.

This work is contemplative and reflective and requires a good amount of honesty and alone time. However, it’ll be worthwhile later down the line.

Pisces

Wheel of Fortune

Pisces is moving and grooving with the whims of the Universe this week.

Change and transformation are already in the works with the Wheel of Fortune on the table. However, it’s likely that they aren’t falling under your control.

But rest assured that with a little trust and faith in the forces that may be, and the honesty required to flow with what is authentic to you, you’ll still find yourself where you need to be.

This week has a funky, mysterious energy clouding it, but it can be fun and fortuitous if you don’t go against the grain and fight its whims. Watch for any synchronicities – those will let you know you’re on the right track.
